Dr. Phan earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Oregon in 1982 before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Oregon Health & Sciences University in 1987. With many years of experience serving patients and families, he has developed a thoughtful approach to dentistry that combines clinical knowledge with compassion and personal attention.
Dr. Phan understands that every patient is different. Some patients may feel completely comfortable at the dentist, while others may experience anxiety or have had difficult dental experiences in the past. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, explain treatment options in clear and understandable terms, and make sure patients never feel rushed or pressured.
His philosophy is simple: provide excellent dental care while treating every patient with the same kindness, honesty, and respect that he would want for his own family.
Dr. Phan is also committed to providing quality and cost-effective dental care. He believes that taking care of your oral health should be accessible and that patients should understand both their treatment options and the costs involved. Rather than recommending treatment simply because it is possible, he focuses on practical solutions that address each patient’s individual needs, priorities, and long-term oral health.

Away from the dental office, Dr. Phan enjoys a variety of hobbies and, most importantly, spending time with the people and pets he loves. He enjoys photography, swimming, playing guitar, and cooking. He especially treasures time with his wife and their six dogs, who bring plenty of joy, energy, and companionship to his life.
His love of photography allows him to capture special moments, while cooking and playing guitar provide creative ways to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. These interests reflect the same appreciation for connection, creativity, and the simple joys of everyday life that Dr. Phan brings to his relationships with his patients.

Tiffany brings a unique combination of healthcare knowledge, leadership, and compassion to her role as Dental Office Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland in 2000 and has a strong background in healthcare. Her nursing education and experience have given her a deep understanding of patient care, communication, and the importance of creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.
As the office manager, Tiffany is dedicated to supporting the dental team and ensuring that the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. She takes pride in making every patient feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for from the moment they walk through the door. She believes that exceptional dental care is not only about providing quality treatment, but also about building trust and lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Outside of the office, Tiffany enjoys an active and fulfilling lifestyle. She loves running, weight lifting, hiking, traveling, and gardening. She especially enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, discovering new places, and creating a beautiful garden. She also cherishes spending quality time with her puppies, who bring her endless joy and companionship.

Vicky has been a valued part of the dental community since 1998 and has had the pleasure of working alongside Dr. Andrew Phan since 1998. For nearly three decades, Vicky and Dr. Phan have shared a commitment to providing patients with compassionate, personalized, and affordable dental care.
As a familiar and welcoming face in the office, Vicky enjoys getting to know patients and their families and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. With many years of experience in dental reception and office administration, she assists with scheduling, insurance, treatment coordination, and making each patient’s visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.
What Vicky values most is the lasting relationships she has built with patients throughout the years. She takes pride in creating a warm, friendly environment where patients feel respected, cared for, and truly welcomed.
Vicky is grateful to continue this journey with Dr. Phan and looks forward to welcoming both longtime patients and new families to the practice.
Outside of work, Vicky enjoys camping, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband, her two daughters, and their beloved dog, Griffin. Family, the outdoors, and making special memories together are some of the things she enjoys most.

April takes great pride in helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for during their dental visits. Her years of experience, gentle nature, and attention to detail allow her to provide thoughtful support to both patients and the dental team. She believes that creating a positive dental experience begins with treating each person with kindness, patience, and respect.
After many years in dentistry, April continues to enjoy the personal connections that come with caring for patients and being part of a close-knit dental team. She is proud to contribute to a practice where quality care, compassion, and a personal touch are at the heart of what they do.
Outside of the dental office, April enjoys the simple things that bring joy and balance to her life. She loves taking care of her garden, crocheting, and walking her dog. She also treasures quiet and meaningful spiritual time at the temple, which provides her with a sense of peace, reflection, and renewal.
April is also a proud mother of two sons, Andrew and Ventru, who proudly serve in the U.S. Navy. Her sons are a great source of pride and joy, and she cherishes the time she spends with her family.
